I will be using Febooti Automation Workshop to automate zipping my files. Automation Workshop is a no-code tool that allows creating automated workflows. Click the New Task button. Automated Tasks are created using the Task Creation Wizard. The whole process is quick and easy, and you dont need to have any programming knowledge. Click Start. First, we need a Trigger to start our Task on a schedule. Click Add. Choose the Task Scheduler Trigger. Tasks are started daily by default, but you can adjust that if you like. There are options to start the Task hourly, daily, weekly, and so on, but I will keep the daily for this demo. Click Next. The lowest and highest of these postal codes are both specific to areas in Alaska; The 00001 code is for the N Dillingham area, and the postal code 99950 is for Ketchikan, AK.

One method is to use the Text to Columns feature. This can be found under the Data tab in the ribbon. Once you have your data in the correct format, you can use the Sort feature to sort by ZIP Code. Another method is to use a formula to extract the first five digits of the ZIP Code, then sort by that column.
