Now, like I told you I am not going to give you tips, I am not going to give you pointers, I am just going to make you aware of the kinds of research that has gone on in this area in different parts of the world and I will let you decide for yourself whether corporate governance should be required to enhance corporate social responsibility or not, and if yes how and how much of corporate governance in what shape or form should it be useful in your particular contexts.
