hello iamp;#39;m chris menard this video is a word video it came from a question one of my youtube subscribers dealing with watermarks and word they want to know does the watermark always have to be in the middle of the page the answer is no let me show you how to put it wherever you want to in case you want to follow along iamp;#39;ve already started microsoft word iamp;#39;ve got a blank document iamp;#39;m going to type in equals rand open parenth 12 comma 7. that would give me 12 paragraphs with seven sentences in each paragraph so you come up with whatever numbers you want close press enter there you go iamp;#39;m going to go to the top of the document just to have some pages on here to do a watermark you go to the design tab at the top and watermark is over here to the right in the page background group if i click here iamp;#39;ve got some confidential draft on and on but if you donamp;#39;t want to go to the design tab this is just a tip your search bar is always at the t

Use a custom watermark On the Design tab, select Watermark Custom Watermark. Choose Picture Watermark and select a picture, or choose Text watermark and type your watermark text in the Text box. Click OK.
But we can try to add a watermark through the text box. Use WPS Office to open the slides. Click the Insert taband then click the Text Boxbutton. Now enter the content of the watermark in the inserted text box. Then adjust the text boxs settings ing to our needs, such as size, position, font size andcolor.
Why cant I add a watermark to my Word document? You cannot add watermarks to Word documents when they are set in Web Layout mode. Watermarks can only be added when the Word document is set to Print Layout mode. You can change them at the right bottom of the document near the magnification toolbar.

Select an image from Drive, Photos, a URL, or your camera. Optional: In the panel on the right, you can format your watermark. Click Done.
