to match skin tones from another photo enable the eyedropper tool from the options bar select all layers and choose 5x5 average next click over the skin tone you would like to sample from create a new layer then with the brush tool paint that color next hold alt and click over the skin tone you would like to change and paint that color next to the previous one now enable the color sampler tool and click on both colors you painted in the info panel you will see the RGB values match the ones on the right to the ones on the left to do so create a curves adjustment layer above all others next click on the direct selection icon then hold shift and Ctrl and click over the skin tone you would like to change to place a point on each RGB curve from the drop down go to each channel in the output box type the corresponding value from the info panel 160 in the red Channel 128 in the green Channel and 116 in the blue Channel remember to use a mask to only target the skin tones

Here are the steps: Open the image in Photoshop. Select the area that you want to fill using any of the selection tools, such as the lasso tool or the magic wand tool. Go to Edit Content-Aware Fill or use the shortcut key Shift + F5.
Typically, the Paint Bucket tool will fill areas only on a selected layer. If you want to paint to your hearts content on your entire project, cutting through all layers, select the All Layers option.
