hi guys welcome to the archive my name is matt and this week iamp;#39;ve got something a little bit different from normal for you guys so getting a good texture on natural rock is something thatamp;#39;s had a load of techniques developed for it over the years by loads of different creators iamp;#39;ve come across a lot of these methods in the past and when deciding between them something that i found kind of a little bit annoying was being able to directly compare them in a sort of fair way now these techniques are detailed in a wide range of videos over a long period of time and the problem with that for comparing them is that they were recorded with different lights different cameras different paint jobs different distances to the camera and all kinds of other problems that kind of mean itamp;#39;s kind of difficult to get an accurate impression of what these things are going to look like compared accurately to each other so with that in mind and because i wanted to pick one of
