hey guys itamp;#39;s Brian with LPI Physical Therapy here to remind you today that ACL rehab is a marathon not a Sprint I get it you want to get back to your normal activity as soon as possible but we need to remember there are a lot of factors that we need to consider before we get into activities we need to consider tissue healing and graft healing times we need to consider movement quality we need to consider strength if we get back into activity without considering these factors weamp;#39;re just exposing ourselves to an increased risk of injury and the last thing that we want is to get back to activity too soon and re-tear the Graft in the grand scheme of things you getting back to running or any other activity before youamp;#39;re absolutely ready is not going to do anybody any good so trust the process and letamp;#39;s get to work
