Using a simple formula, a VBA code, and Power Query. So lets get started. Here I have this data, and in this format these cells are blank, but ideally, it should be considered for the same date. So this entire data set is for this date. And this data is for Printer, although these cells are blank. And this data is for Scanner, although the cells below it are blank. So in this case, what I want to do is I want to fill these blank cells with the value above it. So to do that, Im going to use a very simple Go-To special dialog box technique.
