if youamp;#39;re reviewing someoneamp;#39;s work and want to suggest some edits itamp;#39;s very easy to do if you see up in the right-hand corner we are in the editing format so you could actually just alter this document but you always want someone to know what your ideas or suggestions are so a better way to do that is to select the little drop down arrow and select suggesting and you can see it in green up here and if youamp;#39;re in the suggesting form then you can make suggestions without actually changing the document so let me show you what I mean this is an example of a report that has been done in nonsense words but letamp;#39;s say right here between these two words I think that there should be another word and Iamp;#39;m just going to make it the word one and then once I type it in and hit enter you can see on the side it is recommending or suggesting that I would like to add one in this place in my document now Iamp;#39;m going to go on and oh I think this one is s
