Place the mouse cursor at the lower right corner of the cell, when the cursor turn into a cross, click and drag down to select all the cells that we want to fill data. Then click the icon appeared in the lowerright corner, then select Flash Fill in the drop-down menu (or use shortcut key Ctrl+E).
Step 1: Open WPS Office Spreadsheet. Open new WPS Spreadsheet. Select Page Layout tab. Select to custom page. Select Set Print Area button. Select Page Layout tab. Select Fit Sheet on One Page. Enter Page Layout tab. Custom on Margins tab.

Drag the fill handle downward while selecting cells A1 and A2. The small green box in the lower right corner of a selected cell or range of selected cells is the fill handle. Note: Based on the pattern of the first two numbers, AutoFill automatically fills in the numbers.
Use autofill to complete a series Highlight the cells. Youll see a small blue box in the lower right corner. Drag the blue box any number of cells down or across. If the cells form a series of dates or numbers, the series will continue across the selected cells.
You can use the Drag Fill function. Second one: select and long-press the cell for 2 seconds to automatically activate the Drag Fill function and drag the triangle symbol to complete the data filling. The filling function is more powerful on WPS Office pc.
Insert the current date by pressing Ctrl+; (semi-colon). Insert the current time by pressing Ctrl+Shift+; (semi-colon). Insert the current date and time using Ctrl+; (semi-column), then hit Space, Ctrl+Shift+;, and (semi-colon).
