hi my name is Bree Clark and Iamp;#39;m a software expert and today Iamp;#39;m going to show you how to insert blank spaces in a Microsoft Excel formula on my spreadsheet I have some first names last names email addresses and phone numbers I want to combine the first and last names together with a space in between so Iamp;#39;m going to click over here in column E and Iamp;#39;m going to use the concatenate function so Iamp;#39;ll type equals concatenate and open my parentheses now the first piece of text I want is in cell a2 so Iamp;#39;ll type that and then a comma and then for the blank space between the first name and last name Iamp;#39;m going to type a space inside quotation marks Iamp;#39;ll type another comma and Iamp;#39;ll tell it that I want cell b2 as the next piece and then Iamp;#39;ll close my parentheses and press Enter and so now for that first one I have a space between the first and last name and I can click on that cell and then double click the lower right
