In the XPS view application, click File and select Print from the dropdown menu. Select Microsoft Print to PDF in the dialog box. Click Print.
Once you save a document as an XPS file, you can no longer edit it, as XPS files are designed to preserve the integrity of your document. You can however save an XPS file to another application, such as Microsoft Word, to edit the document and then convert it back to the XPS format.
XPS files are designed to preserve document formatting and layout, while XLS files are spreadsheets used in Excel for data analysis and manipulation.
How to compress XPS files Upload XPS files to compress them online for free. Specify the parameters and press the COMPRESS button to compress XPS. Download the compressed XPS to view instantly or send a link to email.
There is no way of editing XPS files. You have to keep the original DOCX / DOC format file, do your editing there and then save a new XPS file.
Online Converters: Several free online conversion tools can convert XPS to XLS. These services are convenient, but be cautious uploading sensitive documents. Search for [XPS to XLS converter] to find these services.
goto devices and printers. click once on the xps printer and it will bring up options along the top. choose print server properties. then tick create new form - now you can enter the paper size for the document that you want including margin info should you wish (this could be helpful to set to the ouput printer spec)
