tiff. A TIFF is an image file so it stores photographic and graphical data. You wont be able to edit the original file information without editing software, like docHub Photoshop or Illustrator.
TIFFs are typically uncompressed files or use lossless compression. This results in very high quality images and, subsequently, very large file sizes.
Drag your TIFF file onto the NXPowerLite icon. Hit the Optimize button to reduce file size. NXPowerLite will compress and deliver you a smaller image.
In the Save As dialog box, select TIFF from the Format drop-down menu. Then, click the Options button to open the TIFF Options dialog box. In the TIFF Options dialog box, select one of the compression options from the drop-down menu (such as LZW or ZIP) and then click OK to save the TIFF with a smaller file size.
The first way to reduce TIFF file size is with color reduction. TIFF images support various color modes and bit depths. Choosing the appropriate color mode and bit depth can make a big difference in file size. TIFF images can be color, indexed color, grayscale, or monochrome (black and white).
docHub Photoshop To convert your TIFF file, start by opening up your image in Photoshop. Next, click on File in the top-left corner and navigate to Export Export As. Finally, in the Export menu, select the JPG file format and click on Export to save your new JPG image.
TIFF format uses 32-bit unsigned integers to store data offsets and sizes. As a result, a strip of pixel data in a TIFF image cannot be stored at an offset greater than 4 Gb, and its size formally cannot be greater than 4 Gb. Thus, the size of the largest compliant TIFF image can be a bit less than 8 Gb.
