my name is david goodspeed and iamp;#39;m a health records assistant here at bush park um uh this is an example of a palette that we receive we have to empty about between 16 and 22 or so and uh that equates to quite a few hundred boxes and uh thousands and thousands of notes so itamp;#39;s important that theyamp;#39;re packed properly so here are a couple of examples this this is a box of um itamp;#39;s adequately filled you can fit both hands in either side of the notes and the spines are facing down so thatamp;#39;s a perfectly packed box this one on the other hand is overfilled as you can see uh these have been put in the wrong way around the spine should be facing down so they should be that way and there are too many notes in there i canamp;#39;t get my hands in and sadly we get too many of those sent back and it can lead to injury and uh thatamp;#39;s not ideal there are four parts to the uh to the process one of them is unloading them straight from the pallet onto a conv
