Contact us
It can be added to the body of an email, such as Gmail or Outlook, via a PDF. Or, it can be copied from an HTML email and pasted in that way, too. That being said, it is worth noting that some mailbox service providers may not allow embedded content, which could affect your emails deliverability.
To send the message, click File Share Email Send Current Page.
In your Publisher, click the File button and then select the Share option in the menu. Under the Email section, choose the Send Current Page option.
XPS stand for? XPS stands for XML Paper Specification. Thats because it contains page layout information written in the XML page description language. Essentially, this type of language describes the structure and content of a document, including its layout and appearance, making it suited for printing for example.
Select Share. Save it to OneDrive. Give the file a name.
Send as the body of an email message Open the file you want to send. In the Quick Access Toolbar, click Send to Mail Recipient to open an email message. Your file will appear in the body of the message. Enter the recipients aliases, edit the subject line and message body as necessary, and then click Send.
