the rics mandatory competencies can seem overwhelming for anybody working towards their apc there are 11 mandatories in total which cover a really wide range of topics and everything from sustainability to client care so the following questions and model answers are really designed to cover all of these in detail so you are better prepared to address the questions during your final assessment interview however if you want to focus on one competency in particular you can navigate using the timestamps listed in the description below whilst i cant claim to be an expert or an apc assessor im only speaking from my own experience of the apc and having helped a number of colleagues pass their apc over the last six years and i really hope you find this q a practice useful so before we go into the main q a practice lets first of all explain when the mandatory questions will come up during your final assessment interview you can see the interview starts with a brief introduction by the chair
