How to Print a Document Firstly, click on the File menu. In the drop-down menu that opens, click on the Print option. The Print dialog box will appear. From the options available in the Print dialogue box, we can set and change it (number of copies, collated, page range, etc.). After selecting those options, click OK.
Stop prompt to save a file when printing - Windows Click File Print. The steps for printing may vary depending on the application youre using. Uncheck Print to file. Click Print or OK, depending on your application. Your document should now print properly.
Right click the file. And then click Print. Windows starts the program that created the file and sends it to your default printer. You dont have to open any programs or change any settings when you print using Windows.
