Fill the area between two horizontal curves. The curves are defined by the points (x, y1) and (x, y2). This creates one or multiple polygons describing the filled area.
fill( X 1, Y 1, C 1,, X n, Y n, C n) plots multiple two-dimensional filled polygonal regions on the same axes. fill(, Name,Value ) modifies the patches using one or more name-value arguments to set properties. Patches can be specified using any of the input argument combinations in previous syntaxes.
fillbetween() is used to fill area between two horizontal curves. Two points (x, y1) and (x, y2) define the curves. this creates one or more polygons describing the filled areas.
How to fill color above the curve in Matplotlib Program? Initialize the variable n. Create a figure and a set of subplots, fig and ax. Plot the curve using plot() method. Using fillbetween() method, fill the area between two curves, with 1 value. To display the figure, use show() method.
The default R plot pch symbol is 1, which is an empty circle. You can change this to pch = 19 (solid circle) or to pch = 21 (filled circle). To change the color and the size of points, use the following arguments: col : color (hexadecimal color code or color name).
