hi guys itamp;#39;s Armando and Iamp;#39;ve got another video for you in this video Iamp;#39;m going to show you how to make a dot phrase so first open up a note and see exactly where dot phrases are made so once the note is open you can see this icon at the far right of the toolbar thatamp;#39;s two white squares a red arrow pointing to a larger rectangle white rectangle if you hover over it it says manage Auto text Auto text is the technical term for dot phrases we call them dot phrases because we typically start them with the period engine once you click on the icon the manage Auto text panel opens up with a left and right side the left side has a list of your phrases and public phrases to search through your freight phrases you can use the search bar or you can search by by scrolling through the actual pages the abbreviation is the text you actually type in to pull in the da phrase the description is just a brief description of what the abbreviation is if you click on one of th
