if you want to extend as interface an additional 100 meters what you want to do is add a repeater in this example here you can see the ASI yellow cable coming off the left hand side of your screen thatamp;#39;s the first 100 meter segment all the way back 100 meters away is the power supply and the as interface Gateway or scanner so letamp;#39;s attach the ASI segment to the bottom of the repeater the outgoing 100 meters or the additional 100 meters will be then connected to the top of the repeater the repeater is actually bi-directional so you could go in the bottom out the top or in the top out the bottom it doesnamp;#39;t matter so now that we have both segments attached to the repeater letamp;#39;s add the power supply remember there has to be a power supply in each segment so in this case we got one back at the master and then one right next to the Peter that will power up the second side of the network all right there you go everythingamp;#39;s connected
