this paper which i recently published contains several figures showing discharge profiles for selected cycles and capacity versus cycle number plots the source of this data is a file generated by the newer battery cycling software unfortunately the format of this file is not user friendly so extracting only the required cycles is extremely time consuming as a result i wrote a vba program to automate this process the user starts by clicking the first button and selecting the required data file next the user enters the active material mass and optionally the lower and upper voltage axis limits the user then clicks the second button and the program extracts the required data and automates origin to produce discharge profile plots suitable for a manuscript the user then clicks the third button and the program generates plots for capacity versus cycle number
