hi and welcome class today Iamp;#39;m gonna be working in Word 2016 and Iamp;#39;m gonna show you how to change your document and your layout settings for your paragraphs so letamp;#39;s go ahead and get started with that right here I have a document and it doesnamp;#39;t really have any formatting on it as you can see it has just about a lot of text and a few dates down here at the bottom so Iamp;#39;m gonna show you a bunch of different ways to edit this document to make it look good and hopefully itamp;#39;ll look good on the documents that youamp;#39;re working on as well so letamp;#39;s go ahead and get started so the first thing that Iamp;#39;m gonna show you how to do is Iamp;#39;m gonna change it show you how to change the line spacing on this document so the line spacing is actually the amount of space between each lines so as we can see here the line spacing is pretty small between these paragraphs currently itamp;#39;s probably about a 1.0 if it goes to up to a 2.
