we uh I put some comparisons for boat slips uh that our Lake manager did for us uh and on the second page you can see the agreement uh I think Charles is did a once over on that and gave it his Blessing were recommending uh 750 annual fee uh we did add some conditions in there that we didnt have before uh where were asking that your boat stay operational uh we had at one time we had some boats out there that didnt have Motors and uh but weve looked at marinas weve also looked at storage facilities so we didnt want to become a storage facility for boats either we want somebody thats going to put their boat out there make good use of the lake we came up with a fee that we feel like we did for the Expo its very reasonable and should fit hopefully for those the boat owners what was it before before we 100 annually but the condition was the renter took care of his own boat slip and there was no conditions on what that should look like and there was literally a plank out there for y
