in bipolar ami RB am i signal encoding we have to stay to the neutral level for all the zeros we have no matter what and we have to either go up or go down for everyone the thing is whether we have to go up or go down depends on the previous one so if this one went up we have to go down for this one and the opposite if this was down so we have to go up for this one okay letamp;#39;s simulate and in bipolar ami or be ami we have to start from the neutral level so zero is neutral and one is up zero is neutral this zero is also neutral one so we have to go down because this previous one was upward so we have to go down and other ones will go up the opposite of the previous one and again opposite of the previous one four zero will have neutrals for one opposite of the previous one and same here so this is bipolar ami or B am i thanks for watching guys and subscribe for more tutorials

Defining the Bipolar Scheme AMI (Alternate Mark Inversion) Binary 0 is represented by a neutral voltage, while Binary 1s are represented by alternating negative and positive voltages. Pseudoternary In this scheme, bit 1 is encoded as a zero voltage, while bit 0 alternates between negative and positive voltages.
Commonly, a scheme called bipolar return to zero or Alternate Mark Inversion (AMI) is used. One and zero are sometimes referred to as mark and space, respectively, in communications jargon. AMI gets its name from the fact that only ones, or marks, result in pulses on the line. (Alternate Mark Inversion) An encoding method in T1 and E1 transmission in which consecutive 1s have the opposite polarity in order to maintain ones density. All 0s are sent as 01, while 1s are sent as alternating 11 and 00. See ones density.
Advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) is a composite technology composed of several elements: consumption meters, a two-way communications channel and a data repository (meter data management).
An Amazon Machine Image (AMI) is used to create virtual servers (Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud or EC2 instances) in the Amazon Web Services (AWS) environment. Different types of instances can be launched from a single AMI to support the hardware of the host computer used for the instance.
AMI (Alternate Mark Inversion) is a synchronous clock encoding technique that uses bipolar pulses to represent logical 1. The next logic 1 is represented by a pulse of the opposite polarity. Hence a sequence of logical 1s are represented by a sequence of pulses of alternating polarity. Alternate Mark Inversion (AMI) abdn.ac.uk gorry course phy-pages abdn.ac.uk gorry course phy-pages
