okay letamp;#39;s talk about marginal safety marginal safety is nothing but itamp;#39;s like bargain with the sellers for price benefit for example you went to the market to buy a shards and you select one of them after take a look feels now you are asking the sellers what is the selling price and he said itamp;#39;s 100 now you are thinking is this the best price for this design okay letamp;#39;s bargain with the sellers for the price benefit iamp;#39;ll take the shot if i get the price a little less on the other hand you will determine iamp;#39;ll take the shot if i get it ninety dollars actually all depends on how the design is if you like the design a lot then you may will take it if the sellers reduce the price even two dollars but if the design is not that much good uh then you may will not take if the sellers offer even five dollars so if the sellers offer you ten dollars less than you may take but itamp;#39;s not good to look for price benefit from fixed price shops okay

BigDecimal is a numeric type. You cant prepend zeros to a number, because as far as the memory is concerned, there already are zeros there. It would be weird under normal circumstances to display them, so it doesnt display them. Convert it to a string then prepend them to the string.
Yes, just like a decimal number can start with a zero, a binary number can start with a zero. But just as with decimals, leading zeroes at the left side of a number (and before the decimal point) are optional. 0, 1, 10, 11, 100, 101, 110, 111 is the same list as the above.
In binary, you dont place a space in the same way you do in text. However, you can represent a space character in ASCII encoding with the binary value 00100000.
Left and Right padding Integer and String in Java You just need to add %03d to add 3 leading zeros in an Integer. Formatting instruction to String starts with % and 0 is the character which is used in padding. By default left padding is used, 3 is the size and d is used to print integers.
A leading zero is any 0 digit that comes before the first nonzero digit in a numbers binary form.
For adding 4 leading zeros above, we will use %07d i.e. 4+3 = 7. Here, 3, as shown above, is the number with 3 digits. String. format(%07d, val);
