7 Tips for a Perfect GRE Issue Essay Write at least three practice essays. Dont waffle. Choose very specific real-world examples. BUT, make sure your examples are relevant to the topic. Avoid first-person and self-reference. Make strong, declarative statements. Refute the opposing view in your conclusion.
