The easiest way to add stickers to your library is to use the pre-defined stickers as the starting point. Insert a sticker, update the formatting of the sticker and change the sticker text if needed. Once happy with the the sticker save it to your library. If the sticker position does not match your slide layout you can move the sticker to the right position. The position is defined in the slide master. Find the slide master and hit edit from the right-click menu. Insert and re-position a sticker and then save the new position. Once the sticker position is saved, delete the sticker and save the slide master. All stickers inserted into this slide master will be inserted in the right position from now on. If you have multiple slide masters you will need to repeat the process.
