Heres how users can highlight text in WPS PDF: Step 1: The Highlight tool in WPS PDF can be accessed in the Home tab. Click on the Highlight button to activate it. Step 2: Now, simply select the text you wish to highlight using your mouse.
Step 1: Open the PDF file in the WPS office. Step 2: Once the file is opened, Click on the Highlight Markup option located at the right sidebar. Step 3: A color Dialog box is open, Select the color and start highlighting the text by dragging the mouse on the text.
Step 1: Launch WPS Office on your Windows PC and open the PDF file you want to edit. Step 2: Click on the Edit tab in the toolbar and then select Edit Content. Step 3: Now you can make the necessary changes to the PDF file by clicking on the text or image you want to edit and then typing in your changes.
SELECT BY DRAGGING Thats one way you can do it in WordPerfect: Use the mouse to point to one edge of the desired text, then hold down the left mouse button as you move the mouse pointer to the other edge. As you move your mouse, shading will expand to highlight the text you select.
To access these: Open the program. Go to the File tab on the top left. Choose Options (Windows) or Preferences (Mac). A window will open with various settings and customization choices. Look for the Display or Appearance section and find the highlight color option. Customize the setting to add more colors.
The most common reason that you cant highlight PDF documents is because the document doesnt actually contain any real text. Instead, it contains scanned text, which is essentially an image of the text. In this case, you wont be able to highlight, underline, strikethrough, or edit this text in any way.
Click and drag the cursor to select the area of text you want to highlight. A small toolbox will appear above your text. Select the highlighter tool icon and it will automatically highlight your selected text.
Step 1: The Highlight tool in WPS PDF can be accessed in the Home tab. Click on the Highlight button to activate it. Step 2: Now, simply select the text you wish to highlight using your mouse. Note: Users can select text and then activate the Highlight tool as well.
