Right-click on the file or folder. Move your cursor over the Send to option. This will open a new submenu. Select Compressed (zipped) folder. To place multiple files into a zip folder, select all of the files while hitting the Ctrl button.
How to extract zipped files Right-click on the folder you want to open. From the dropdown, youll see the option Open with WinZip. Alternatively, right-click on the extract files option. Another dropdown menu will appear. This will prompt you to choose the folder or destination you want to extract your zipped file.
To zip (compress) a file or folder Press and hold (or right-click) the file or folder, select (or point to) Send to, and then select Compressed (zipped) folder. A new zipped folder with the same name is created in the same location.

Right-click the file you want to zip, and then select Send to Compressed (zipped) folder. Open File Explorer and find the compressed folder. To unzip the entire folder, right-click to select Extract All, and then follow the instructions. You can also select Extract All from the command ribbon.
Its as easy as that. Open WinZip PDF Pro. Open the PDF you want to compress in WinZip PDF Pro. Compress Your PDF. Select Compress, and choose the compression type. Save Your New PDF. Select the location youd like your new document to be saved in and click Save.
Press Ctrl and click on the highlighted file, folder, or group. Select Compress from the options on the menu. (Following Compress will be the file name of one selected file or folder, or the number of items you have highlighted if you are grouping multiple files or folders at once. Name your ZIP file and press Enter.
