okay so first of all I will average this column here and if you want to copy a formula down a column you can just double click on it however thereamp;#39;s no equivalent for copying a formula across a row you can click and drag it but if you have a really big table you might not want to do this so in this case you can use keyboard shortcuts holding down control and pressing the arrow keys will jump you to the extreme edges of the table and holding down shift and pressing the arrow keys will let you select cells so if I do Ctrl shift and down arrow that will select the whole of this column however we canamp;#39;t just do Ctrl shift and right arrow because thereamp;#39;s nothing on the right hand side in this row so weamp;#39;ll just take us all the way to the end of the spreadsheet in this case we need to go one row up and then do control right and that takes us to the end of the table then we can go down a row and then do Ctrl shift and left in order to select this row and then Ctr

You can calculate fill rate by counting the number of orders that you were able to fulfill at one time. Then divide the number by the total number of orders you received and multiply the sum by 100.
If you want to maintain the original cell reference when you copy it, you lock it by putting a dollar sign ($) before the cell and column references. For example, when you copy the formula =$A$2+$B$2 from C2 to D2, the formula stays exactly the same. This is an absolute reference.
Fill formulas into adjacent cells Select the cell with the formula and the adjacent cells you want to fill. Click Home Fill, and choose either Down, Right, Up, or Left. Keyboard shortcut: You can also press Ctrl+D to fill the formula down in a column, or Ctrl+R to fill the formula to the right in a row.
Press F2 (or double-click the cell) to enter the editing mode. Select the formula in the cell using the mouse, and press Ctrl + C to copy it. Select the destination cell, and press Ctl+V. This will paste the formula exactly, without changing the cell references, because the formula was copied as text.
Fill a column with a series of numbers Select the first cell in the range that you want to fill. Type the starting value for the series. Type a value in the next cell to establish a pattern. Select the cells that contain the starting values. Drag the fill handle across the range that you want to fill.
Lock the cells Lock the spreadsheet by using the Ctrl+1 command to open the Format Cells dialog box, then go to the Protection tab and check Locked. As with unlocking the spreadsheet, activating the Lock function only takes effect after protecting the worksheet.
Use a formula Type an equal sign (=) in a cell and type in the function you want to use.
The shortcut keys to AutoFit the column-width is Alt+H+O+I, and to AutoFit the row-height is Alt+H+O+A, where the Home tab opens with the Alt+H, the Format menu opens when the O is pressed, and the I and A is for column-width and the row-height, respectively.
