so autofill isnamp;#39;t only used to fill in data you can also use it to fill in formatting you can see in the table now that the formatting isnamp;#39;t uniform thereamp;#39;s different fonts different sizes some bolds and colors and I want to make all the table data the same formatting so it looks nice and neat I do that by selecting the line that has the formatting that I want and I just drag down same is when we changing the content so you can see now the formatting is all nice and uniform itamp;#39;s all the same but the content has changed and I donamp;#39;t want that content to change so I go into the drop down and I select fill formatting only there we go nice and uniform but the content is as I had it before you can also do the exact opposite in here select fill without formatting and then there we go if I wanted a particular line highlighted like this for a reason but I needed to update my content um thatamp;#39;s how I do it
