[Music] hey there everyone laser dave here again from trotec laser i have another laser hack to show you this laser hack will walk through the most efficient process to color fill laser engraved polished surfaces lets take a look most polished materials will work with this laser hack but the most common materials are polished glass stone plastic and even polished metals using fiber lasers i will use the grayscale laser hack and engrave this ordinary black glass in this first example to color fill i will use a wax based paint called rub and buff because the surface of glass is so smooth the laser hack is to rub a small amount of the paint into the engraving with the paper towel and then wipe the surface clean before the paint dries the subsurface engraving will allow the color to retain while the polished surface can be wiped clean without the need for any masking then let the paint dry for the finished color filled results this process will work on any image in this case i will be en
