If you dont have Word, you can try or buy the latest version of Office now. Tip: The Office Web Apps are updated all the time with new features.
Answer. In OpenOffice Writer, you can insert comments with the Comment option under the Insert tab. Alternatively, you can use the Ctrl+Alt+N keys.
