hey guys howamp;#39;s it going itamp;#39;s jewel Tolentino here alright so in this video Iamp;#39;m gonna show you guys how to add a checkbox in docHub alright so Iamp;#39;ve got an example form here and you want to make sure that youamp;#39;re in the prepare form section and you see here it says prepare form and if you donamp;#39;t know how to get to it just click on the more tools tab and then youamp;#39;ll see prepare form you want to make sure that youamp;#39;re in that mode and youamp;#39;ll know that youamp;#39;re in that little because you can see all of these options up here alright so to add a check box you wanna head over to this icon here which is the box with the check mark in it click on it and then itamp;#39;s gonna give you something like this and then you want to make your box so Iamp;#39;ll do something like this and you can name it as such itamp;#39;ll do a pre filled in name so itamp;#39;s check box 1 and then you can hit preview and then
