now that we understand the flow of dot Loop how to use our dashboard how to create a loop letamp;#39;s actually create some files and send them off to our clients for Signature so first we will start with the listing documents themselves now there are two strategies and Iamp;#39;ll show you the best one first is you could open each form one by one fill them out and hit share which sends that to the client but I want to show you a better way that saves you more time so if you hit this little checkbox here this will check box for everything in this folder now we do not need to send offer instruction sheet to our our seller and letamp;#39;s pretend that we are not going to charge them the transaction fee we are going to pay that out of our commission so we only need these forms but you click this you uncheck the ones you donamp;#39;t need and now with all these forms I hit open now thereamp;#39;s a strategic reason of why I did that so when it opens like this an autofill box will pop

Bates numbering is a method of sequentially numbering pages with a reference identifier to make them easier to locate and reference. This could be as simple as sequential numbers like 0001 and 0002, or it may include alphanumeric strings (such as ABC0001 and ABC0002).
Bates numbering, named for the Bates Automatic Numbering-Machine, assigns an arbitrary unique identifier to each page. Such identification may be solely numeric or may contain a combination of letters and numbers (alphanumeric).
Bates rubber stamp device automatically changed numbers, sequentially, every time it was pressed down onto a sheet of paper. So, if you stamped 0001 on a page, you would then stamp 0002 on the next page, and so on.
The Bates numbering tool in Nuance PDF makes handling large and complicated document collections much easier and more effective. Click Edit Bates Numbering Add. Open the Nuance PDF app and click Edit from the top. Choose the Bates numbering preferences.
Bates Numbering, also known as Bates Stamping, is an indexing method used for legal, business and medical documents (PDFs in most cases). Bates Numbers are perceived as digital reference points used to uniquely identify and label each page in a set of documents.
How to add Bates Numbering to a PDF in docHub. Open the file. Click Tools. Select Edit PDF. Choose More. Click Bates Numbering and Add. Select Output Options to customize the serial numbers. Click OK.
Bates number: The Bates number is the unique identifier that is assigned to each page. Suffix: A suffix is a set of characters that is added to the end of the Bates number. This can be used to identify a specific document or page.
Bates Numbering is often used to index pages within a set of multiple documents, usually legal documents, for easy identification and retrieval. It is not to be confused with regular page numbering.
