One-time self-registration in the FTx Identity mobile app or website. Sign up, add personal information, and upload your ID for verification. You only have to go through this process once. The process time might depend on how quickly you go through the entire process.

How to set up 2FA on your account Download a time-based two-factor authentication generator app on your mobile. From the dashboard, expand the left-side menu. Select Profile, then. How do I enable 2FA? Go to the ACCOUNT page. Click the PASSWORD SECURITY tab. Under the TWO-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION header, you will see the available 2FA options: Two-factor Authenticator App: Use an Authenticator App as your Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). Click SET UP to enable your preferred 2FA method.
In order to submit a claim you will first need to create an account on the FTX Digital Claim Portal. Once you have created your account you will be able to link your FTX accounts, view the account balances (per the JOLs records) and submit a claim.
