Hello - this video aims to guide you through the different sections of the personal independence payment form or PIP form. A lot of people find the PIP form to be complex. In this video we will be discussing how to fill it out. We will first explain a bit about what PIP is and how to make a claim for it, weamp;#39;ll then go through the form section by section to help you fill it out correctly. If you havenamp;#39;t yet started the process to claim PIP, you will need to ring the Department for Work and Pensions. To start your claim you will need to provide details such as your National Insurance number and what other benefits you may be claiming. They will then send you the form and you will have one month to fill it out and return it, so make sure you leave enough time for it to get there in the post. If you cant type into a form field on a pdf, it may be due to a browsers default viewer for pdfs. Fillable forms require docHub or Acrobat Reader/Acrobat DC to fill them out online or on your computer. Many browsers use a different pdf viewer by default that doesnt support fillable form fields.
