Go to the FedEx homepage and log in. Click Manage my profile. Select Account management. Choose Add an account.
FedEx Online Account Registration Register for a single fedex.com login, or log in with your existing user ID and password. Complete the brief online account registration form. A credit card is required for billing purposes. Start Shipping!
On the Contact Info page, select create a User ID and password, choose a secret question and enter your contact information. After reading the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, click the I Accept button to proceed. On the Account Info page, enter your FedEx account number and click Continue.
FedEx Freight account types You may have an 8-digit Freight-only account (a legacy practice that FedEx is moving away from), or a 9-digit Enterprise account that has been Freight-enabled.
Whats the difference between a business account and personal account? Both personal and business accounts receive discounts, an address book and faster shipment set up. A business account is recommended if youre selling a product or service, even if youre a sole proprietor.
The process is straightforward. Simply log in to your FedEx Ship Manager account and navigate to the Administration tab. From there, go to the User Profile section, and you will find your Employee ID Number prominently displayed at the top of the page.
Your FedEx account number is a nine-digit number and can be found by accessing the Account Management section within My Profile after logging in to fedex.com. Or you may contact us for assistance.
