Microsoft dynamic 365 business central contains a number of features to guide the user notifications are one of those features so if I go to raise a new document to new sales order for this particular customer someones list page here I got two new document and I say to create a sales order this opens up a blank sales order but because I began this from a specific customer card if I simply tab across its pre-populating the header of the document for me with the next number in sequence for the number series but also the customers details as thats where I generated this document from what we see though is up at the top I have a notification so these function is warning is there not a a block its not going to prevent me from proceeding but its there for information perhaps I consider this so its telling me that the coast was clear than it has been exceeded now I could choose to completely ignore this if I wish this with that cross or perhaps I should take the better course of action
