hi this is gary with macmost now on todays episode Im gonna show you how to use the signature feature in preview so if you ever had to do this and get a document by email you have to print it out sign it scan it back in and email back well you dont need to do that you can use preview to actually place a signature on a document without ever having to print it out so what you need to do is go in preview to preferences and go from general to signatures here and click on create signature and this brings up the special window then you can see through your eyesight camera or whatever camera hooked up to your Mac and have it pointed at a piece of paper white piece of paper with your signature on it sign it nice dark black ink and then notice how the signature preview on the right really does a good job of isolating the signature from the surrounding area then when you get a good look at it you hit accept and then youll see your signature recorded there so here we are in preview with a do
