There is no junior or any other indicators in the name to distinguish one man from the other, another wrinkle here is that both men used as their address on the deed, the rental property address. Also, there is no language on the deed that says how the interest in the rental home are held no survivorship language. Now, the father-in-law says that this lady has no right to the property, that the name of the signer on the deed is not his signature.
