If you have a Microsoft 365 subscription, you can use the built-in fax feature in Microsoft office to send faxes. However, you will need to have a fax modem or an online fax service to send the fax. Please note that Microsoft does not provide a fax service.
To send a fax from Outlook: Sign up on Fax. Plus with your Outlook account. On Outlook, click on Compose to create a new email message. Enter the recipients fax number followed by @fax. Attach your fax documents as email attachments. Send the email and it will be faxed to the specified fax number(s).
If the Windows Fax feature is not enabled for your version of Windows, you can enable it. In Control Panel, click Programs, and then click Programs and Features. Click Turn Windows features on or off. In the Windows Features dialog box, under Print and Document Services, select the Windows Fax and Scan check box.
Just open any document you want to send in Excel, Word, or other Office 365 program. Flick FilePrint and select eFax Messenger from the list of available printers. This will open eFax Messenger and append your document, ready to send.
Email to fax Open your email Gmail, Outlook, or Yahoo account. Compose a new email. In the subject field, fill in the fax number of the recipient. Enter details in the message section. Attach files like PDFs and Word documents, just like you would in a regular email. Click Send.
When you need to fill multiple fields in a form, you can choose from a list of autofill suggestions that show up on your browser. With one click, you can fill the entire form in one go. To find your saved information stored with Edge, go to Settings Profiles Personal info.
Send fax from Outlook 365 Heres how to do it: Create an iFax account with your Outlook email. Now, log in to your Microsoft 365 hub, open Outlook, and compose a new email. In the To field, enter send@ifaxapp.com, then type your recipients fax number in the subject field.
