In this tutorial, Marty Carter from SumnerOne Service demonstrates how to enable transmission reports for faxes on a Canon ImageRunner Advanced Series. First, log in as an administrator and navigate to Settings and Registration. Under Function Settings, select Send, then Fax Settings, and locate Fax TX Report. Users can opt for reports on errors only or every time a fax is sent, as well as decide if the first page of the fax should print on the report. After setting preferences, close the menu and access the device’s IP address in a web browser, logging in again as an administrator. Under Settings/Registration, go to Send, then Fax TX Report/Fax Activity Report to manage the transmission report settings, which are initially turned off.
