- [Narrator] So to do this, you want to go ahead and go into your settings. You want to go in and hit network and you want to scroll down to settings, then go to set up internet connection. Now this should bring up any network connections that are available and youll see it kind of do a search here. Now, if you go, when you hit the options icon on your controller and you go to wifi frequency bands, youll see a set to automatic by default, but you can choose 5 gigahertz or 2.4 gigahertz. 5 gigahertz is pretty good if youre looking for theoretically faster speed, but its got a much shorter range than 2.4, but if youre trying to connect to that, try that and hit search, and you should see it populate up with specifically 5g networks, a 5 gigahertz networks. And this works the same way if youre going to go to 2.4 only as well to it. And then thats should be good in case that 5 gigahertz isnt working and you want to use something with longer range, but may not have the faster speeds
