People may faint as a reaction to pain, exhaustion, hunger, or emotional stress. It may also happen after someone has been standing or sitting still for a long period of time, especially if they are hot. When someone faints, their pulse slows right down but it usually picks up again quickly and goes back to normal. If someone has fainted but doesnamp;#39;t come around after a couple of minutes, then this could be more serious. There are three key signs of someone who has fainted: they have a brief period of unresponsiveness causing them to fall to the ground, they may have a slow pulse, their skin may be pale, cold and sweaty. If someoneamp;#39;s feeling faint, advise them to lie down. Kneel down next to them and raise their legs, supporting their ankles on your shoulder or a chair if available, to help blood flow back to the brain. Watch their face for signs that they are recovering. Make sure that they have plenty of fresh air. Ask bystanders to move away, and if youamp;#39;re ins

Assuming this is a ballpoint, gel pen or similar, when pens are filled with ink, there is sometimes a colourless gel seal squirted in after the ink. If that gets in at the wrong time, then you get gel instead of ink. bin it and buy a better one. Breath on it or scribble it a bit and the ink will flow.
1:04 2:00 So what weve done is weve used an X-Acto Knife weve used the actual knife that is within the penMoreSo what weve done is weve used an X-Acto Knife weve used the actual knife that is within the pen itself. And made slices in this plastic. To um eventually dislodge the batteries.
Heat the tip of the pen with a lighter, or heat the pen refill in hot water for 3 to 5 minutes, then take it out, and shake it vigorously; blow from the back of the pen refill.
Tips on how to get a pen to write again: Cooking oil is fine, any oil will do. Water can also work, but we suggest oil. Let it soak for 5-10 seconds, swirling it around in the drop of oil is best. Scribble vigorously on a piece of paper until the oil absorbs and only ink starts to flow.
Our favourite method is using a lighter. Just put the flame at the very tip for a few seconds. Mind not to touch the tip after! Youll get the same results from a hairdryer or from soaking in a pot of boiling water.
