hi im dakota beatty with the arclight dynamics tech team and this is tech tips today were going to be talking about how and when to home your table when you first go into command cnc the first thing youre going to do is pull your table out you stop then youre going to home the table homing x and y axis im going to open up command cnc allow the program to open then im going to pull it out of estop and move the gantry to a point where i can quickly home it and i will home x and home y once thats finished its homing procedure im going to zero x and zero y to establish thats the machine zero and i will have this little white icon here indicating that the table has been home properly its gonna be important to home your table to establish the tables working limits if you dont home the table then the table may think its out of its working limits and when you go to run a job it will incorrectly cut your part it will also not square the gantry causing the gantry to cut kind of at a
