Go to File Options Save. Under Preserve fidelity when saving this document, do either of the following: Make sure that Embed fonts in the file is not selected. If you do embed fonts, select Embed only the characters used in the document (best for reducing file size) and Do not embed common system fonts.
Google Docs On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Docs app. Open a document. In the top right, tap More . Turn on Print Layout . Tap the image you want to adjust. You can adjust the size of an image or rotate it: Resize: Touch and drag the squares along the edges.
To compress all pictures in your document, on the ribbon, select File Compress Pictures (or File Reduce File Size). on the Picture Format tab. Select an option in the Picture Quality box. Highest resolution is listed first and the lowest resolution is listed last.
The 32 Mb limit applies to 32 Mb of text. It does not apply to the total file size. The file size limit is 512 Mb. It is actually fairly difficult to create a Word document that exceeds these limits.
Place your text box, as normal. Right-click on the text box. Choose Format Shape from the Context menu. Click the Fill and Line icon (it looks like a spilling paint bucket). Click on the Fill option to expand it. Use the Transparency slider to adjust how transparent you want the Text Box to be.
How do I compress images in my Microsoft document? Select an image - there will be a box around it and the ribbon across the top will change into Picture Format mode.
