[Music] all right today we are answering a question from someone in our community so one of our listeners asks what is the difference between a claim denial and a claim rejection so very very good question so there are they are very two different that they are two very different things so claim rejection happens before a claim is accepted for adjudication so that is happening before the insurance company receives your claim and processes your claim for payment or denial or so on okay so the claim rejection is when the claim is being transmitted or submitted from your office through your clearing house ideally and to the payers clearinghouse at that moment when the payer receives that claim in their clearing house they might reject it out so there are really two types of rejections with most clearinghouses youll find that your clearinghouse might have a scrubber that it is applying to your claims in which case the clearinghouse itself might have a rejection where its looking for certa

Two lines even faint lines indicate the test is positive.
If you have 1 line by C, and 1 line by T this is called a positive result. The lines can be bright or faint. You have COVID-19. Negative result. If you have 1 line by C, and no line by T this is called a negative result.
While there are many factors that can cause a line on a COVID test to be faint or hardly visible, the safe best is to assume that any line on a test means youre positive and that you need to take precautions to avoid spreading the virus to others.
If your result is positive, you will see 2 lines on the test. A pink line next to C and a pink line next T. This means you have a positive COVID-19 result.
If the test device is left to develop longer you may receive a false positive result and you will need to repeat the test. This indicates the test is negative. Two lines even faint lines indicate the test is positive. The test has failed and should be retaken.
If the extracted specimen contains SARS-CoV-2 antigens, a pink-to-red Test Line, along with a blue procedural Control Line will appear on the Test Strip indicating a positive result. If SARS-CoV-2 is not present, or is present at very low levels, only a blue procedural Control Line will appear.
This is because relatively large amounts of virus need to be present for the antibodies in the test to react to the viral proteins. A faint, slow-to-appear line could still represent high levels of virus, meaning that if you can see any line at all, you are still highly likely to be infectious.
If your result is positive, you will see 2 lines on the test. A pink line next to C and a pink line next T. This means you have a positive COVID-19 result.
