so this is a video showing a problem that we've been having with two of the m602 s that we received out of the last batch this is a this printer that I'm looking at right now is one that we haven't had any problems with it's been working fine and I noticed something different with this one than the two that we're having problems with and if you look right here on the main drive assembly right above the cartridge engagement there's a little plastic tab that pokes out of here and I've disconnected the arm that moves the toner engagement just to show you this when you move this up and down that tab stays still nothing moves everything moves really smoothly and then I have this one next to it this is one of the problem ones and if you look at that same tab you'll see that it is mapped all the way through the metal it sits back a little bit and hope it shows up in the video but when you move the arm you can see that that plastic piece moves around and it's much more jerky to try to get thi...
