Hi Vicki bell here with Navigate Affordable Housing with your Tuesday tip. Todays tip is going to be in the series about 2017 tips for goals for our property. Todays tip will be on maintenance. We would like you to have your maintenance staff to look at two areas. The first would be work orders that are carried over from 2016. All of your 2016 work orders should be resolved and mitigated by now. The second thing that we like for you to look at would be for your staff to look at your preventive maintenance plan. You have on the plan the months of January, February and March. We would like for your staff to start working on those items. This will lead up to our next series on REAC and REAC inspections. Thank you so much.
