all right so weamp;#39;re gonna change gears a little bit and talk about syncope which to me is one of the most fun things in emergency medicine syncope is defined as a transient loss of consciousness followed by loss of postural tone or associate with the loss of postural tone with brief and spontaneous recovery so patients always learn and normal then loses tone falls to the ground unconscious generally the loss of consciousness to be very brief because theyamp;#39;re hypo proof using the brain and then they wake up on their own so if you have to give them the amp of d50 thatamp;#39;s not considered syncope also it has to be a brief loss of consciousness so the patient is says yeah I passed out at 2 oamp;#39;clock in the morning and I woke up at 7 a.m. thatamp;#39;s not syncope either thatamp;#39;s Jack Daniels or a methadone all right so itamp;#39;s actually funny and you can do a fantastically small workup that is completely based on the evidence the workup can be very very

the temperature drop is because of the faulty combustion, as its been told that the the decrement is only in one unit, we can filter down the reasons to the factors effecting one unit. so the factors effecting the combustion are , the issues with air, fuel, issues with air. faulty compression - broken ring, valve.
Or faulty slow running jet in carburetor. Re: Low EGT at idle in one cylinder The low #2 cylinder EGT could also be due to a lean mixture or an ignition problem and that cylinder not firing.
A rich mixture, such as during takeoff, will have a much lower EGT than a properly leaned cylinder during cruise. Basically, it is all about the fuel mixture, and no amount of messing with the engine baffling will affect the EGTs.
The temperature sensor does occassionally fail in a gauge but this is not often. The most common causes of an Exhaust Temperature gauge not working is wiring or incorrect installation. If your gauge is erractically jumping around or measuring maximum temperature this is most often the cause of a damaged sensor.
EGT is an indication of how hot the combustion process is in the cylinders, and the amount of afterburning that is occurring in the exhaust manifold. EGT is also directly related to the air/fuel ratio. The richer the air/fuel ratio in a diesel, the higher the EGT will be.
As the mixture is leaned from the full rich position, the EGT increases (as shown) as the amount of excess fuel is decreased. The less excess fuel, the greater the EGT. While excess fuel is present, the EGT increases with mixture leaning until no excess fuel exists.
A quick way to check the EGT probe is to disconnect it from whatever device you are using to read it put an ohm meter across both output wires (the wire colors are usually red yellow). If you get an open reading then the probe is probably bad. If you get somewhere between 3 to 12 ohms then it may still be okay.
Worn camshafts can be a reason for low compression in a single cylinder or can result in no compression in all the cylinders. You can check the issue by taking off the valve covers and turning the engine over. Watch how the valves react and replace the camshaft as necessary.
